1. Course Description

Overview

FIGHTR. Online is an online training program designed to teach practical Muay Thai skills while providing individuals with mindset, strength, and nutrition resources. Our main objective is to offer a flexible and accessible platform for learning new techniques and improving overall fitness. The course caters to all experience levels, allowing you to progress at your own pace and achieve your personal goals.

Prerequisites

There are generally no formal prerequisites for enrolling in the course. However, to ensure safety and the best possible experience, we recommend that participants:

  • Consult a Healthcare Professional: If you have any underlying health conditions or concerns about engaging in physical activity, please consult a medical professional before starting the course.
  • Basic Physical Fitness: A basic level of physical fitness will help you get the most out of the training.

2. Payment and Refund Policy

Pricing

We offer two subscription options:

  1. Monthly Subscription: AUD $97 per month with a minimum lock-in period of 3 months.
  2. Annual Subscription: AUD $997 per year with a 12-month lock-in period.

Refund Policy

All sales are final, and no refunds are offered. We are committed to providing quality content and services, and we encourage you to review the course details carefully before making a purchase.

Installments/Subscriptions

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually) unless you cancel it prior to the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.


3. Course Access and Usage

Access Duration

Access to the course materials is provided for the duration of your active subscription, whether monthly or annual.

Usage Restrictions

  • Account Sharing Prohibited: Sharing login credentials or course content is strictly prohibited and violates our copyright policy. Such actions may result in immediate termination of your subscription without refund.
  • Code of Conduct: Users are expected to behave respectfully within the community. Prohibited behaviors include trolling, unauthorized advertising, bullying, and harassment.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content provided through FIGHTR. Online, including but not limited to videos, texts, graphics, logos, and software, is the intellectual property of FIGHTR. ONLINE PTY LTD and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of the content is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability
